London-born with Sicilian roots, Fabrice is an executive chef, designer and DJ with more than 41 years of experience across hospitality, food, music and creative culture.

Over the years, he has built an eclectic career running restaurants, developing concepts, designing spaces, creating memorable dining experiences and moving crowds through music. His ability to bring culture, hospitality and creativity together has earned him a reputation as a tastemaker, trendsetter and quiet powerhouse behind the scenes.

As an executive chef, his food is grounded in warmth, tradition and Sicilian influence, always delivered with a modern, creative edge. As a designer, he creates spaces that encourage comfort, atmosphere and connection. As a DJ, he reads a room like a recipe, building energy through sound.

That spirit gave birth to Queen’s SE15 — a love letter to community, culture and craft.

The aim was never simply to open another venue, but to create somewhere with personality: a place where people could meet, celebrate, listen, dance and feel at home.

Tucked beside Queen’s Road Peckham station, Queen’s is an atmospheric bar and events space serving cocktails, wines, beers and carefully selected drinks alongside live music, DJs and special events.

Food remains an important part of the Queen’s story. Although the venue is not currently operating a regular daily food service, bespoke catering, buffets and specially created menus can be arranged for selected private events, celebrations and wedding receptions.

From the lighting and interior design to the music, drinks and event menus, every element carries a distinctive personal touch.
